Receiving mail at your service center: 

-->Fall Incoming Student Mail & Packages<--
The Service Centers will not accept incoming Fall Semester student mail and packages until Monday, August 12. Please plan accordingly, as delivery times vary by carrier. USPS ground can take a full week to get to campus, whereas FedEx ground generally takes three days. 

  • Service Centers will only accept packages that are 50 pounds or less.
  • If sending fresh food, write ‘Perishable’ in large letters on the parcel.
  • Please note that the Service Center does not have refrigeration and is not a drop-off location for perishable food items (e.g., DoorDash, GrubHub, Instacart, food delivery) or other local delivery (e.g., Walmart, Target).
  • Service Center will only hold packages for seven (7) days after receipt and will return parcels to the sender on the eighth (8) day.  

Provides mail and key services for residents of Cascadilla Hall, Schuyler House, and Sheldon Court.

Other services: 

Laundry account and bulk laundry services, information, key lockouts and lock changes, laundry account, bulk laundry, and dry cleaning services, and other resources.
