Student Service Centers

Fall Incoming Student Mail & Packages

The Service Centers will not accept incoming Fall Semester student mail and packages until Monday, August 12. Please plan accordingly, as delivery times vary by carrier. USPS ground can take a full week to get to campus, whereas FedEx ground generally takes three days. 

Cornell's Student Service Centers – including the five West Campus House Offices – provide information, mail services, key replacement, bulk laundry and dry cleaning service, and other vital resources to the campus community.

The university's service centers are in community centers and residential buildings across campus.  Use the links below to determine which service center provides services and support to your residence.

North Campus Service Center

Servicing the following residence halls:  Akwe:kon, Balch Hall, Barbara McClintock Hall, Court-Kay-Bauer Hall, Clara Dickson Hall, Mary Donlon Hall, Ecology House, Ganędagǫ: Hall, High Rise #5, Holland International Living Center (LR#8), Hu Shih Hall, Jameson Hall (HR#1), Just About Music (LR#9), Latino Living Center (Anna Comstock Hall), Low Rise #6, Low Rise #7, Mews Hall, Multicultural Living Learning Unit, Risley Hall, Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall, Toni Morrison Hall, Townhouse Apartments, and Ujamaa (LR#10).

West Campus House Offices

Servicing the following residence halls: Alice Cook House Office, Carl Becker House Office, Hans Bethe House Office, William Keeton House Office, and Flora Rose House Office.

Central Campus Service Center

Servicing the following buildings: Veteran Program House (625 University Ave), 109 McGraw, 112 Edgemoor, and Equity & Engagement Living-Learning Community (2 Forest Park Lane).

South Campus Service Centers

Servicing the following buildings: Cascadilla Hall, Schuyler House, and Sheldon Court.

Graduate & Professional Student Service Centers

Serving the Hasbrouck community.

Receiving mail at your Service Center

Each Service Center and House Office has a unique shipping address; please use the address noted on each unit's website above.

To process your mail and packages more efficiently, make sure that you have completed the following in your Housing portal.  Log in to the Housing Portal with your NetID and Password and select Forms.

Forwarding Address Form - update the address mail, and packages will be forwarded after you move out.
Parcel Pickup Authorization Form - authorize someone other than yourself to pick up your parcels.
Contact Form - update your mobile phone, missing person contact(s), emergency contact, and forwarding address.
